The biggest blocks to writing and journaling for my friends and I are: 

- letting go of judgement while writing. 

- consistency with daily practice. 

- indecision of what to write about.

Instead of just gliding on the surface of your thoughts, writing specifically with these prompts guides you to dig down to the deeper beliefs, opening you up to be your most self-aware and creative. 

The WRITE kit centers around writing for emotional wellness (journaling) but also includes practical insights for sharing writing with others, and crafting routines around both. ⁠

It includes over 25 prompts for specific situations, daily practices, and themed exercises,  accountability to keep you consistent while also setting you up to maintain and create a journaling practice on your own.

For nearly a decade, writing has been my most consistent and useful self-care routine. I’m unsure how I’m feeling until I start writing. 

It slows me down enough to notice my emotions. Around 2013, I started recommending journaling to others, prescribing prompts for specific situations. 

In 2016, I published a book on the topic, an interactive guide to journaling called LET IT OUT. Since then, I’ve led live writing workshops and retreats from Berlin to California.

I’ve taken that content plus all I’ve developed since and put it in this kit.

There is no timeline for completing this kit besides your own! Take your time through each section and work at your own pace.

+ Will I have access to the kit once I complete it?

Yes, once you complete the course, you’ll still be able to access the kit in Thinkific.
